Hello all,

I was just wondering if there is any great ways to get dyes? I am just starting and in prophicies? Any tips for now and later in the game?

And how do you get mini-pets?

dyes you can farm in presear which is the short beginning before you move into the bigger map.

and mini pets you can either buy, or wait until your characters birthday to get.

Dye: You can buy them or hope they drop.

Mini's: buy them or get them for your characters 1 year birthday.

dyes do not really drop frequently outside of presearing, I usually have to buy mine

For dyes, collect all the ones you get and keep them in storage. After a while, you'll have a decent amount of each color except probably black and white. Took me a few months to get my dye stash (been playing the game for 1.5 years) but now i almost never buy dyes except the two i mentionned above.

Personally, I get a lot of dye drops farming Stone Elementals in post-searing Ascalon. I usually get at least 2-3 dyes per circuit, leaving from Sardelac Sanatarium and heading north to the mountain pass then back around to the west and south.
